In the remote Tibetan villages of Upper Mustang, Nepal, climate change has dried the land, forcing the abandonment of the ancient village of Dhye. Dhye Dreams follows three women—Sonam Sangmo, Kunchok Dolkar, and Lhakpa Choezon—who fight to survive. While most villagers move to the valley and the new town of Chambaleh, Kunchok and Lhakpa remain in the mountains with their livestock. Their stories highlight the resilience of Himalayan villages battling climate change.
